Le Hopper is a two-minute walk from Saint-Michel station, the eastern end of the blue line. It's three stops to Jean-Talon station, where you connect to the orange line toward downtown. Buses on Saint-Michel and Jean-Talon run right outside, and groceries, pharmacies, parks and schools are all a few minutes away on foot.

For green space and weekend outings, Parc Frédéric-Back and the TOHU circus arts centre are in the same borough, a short bus ride north.

Are the apartments furnished?

The 735 sq ft 1-bedroom is fully furnished. Unit 307 can be rented furnished or unfurnished, and unit 203 is unfurnished with furniture possible on request. Internet is included in all three.

How does the unit 203 lease transfer work?

You take over the current lease at the same terms, $1,495 a month until June 30, 2028, after which it renews normally. No deposit is required. The building manager runs the usual credit and reference check before approving the transfer, then the lease is signed.

Is parking available?

Yes, indoor garage parking is available for $185 a month.

Are pets allowed?
